 Backlogs on Pending Immigration Cases

USCIS is experiencing a  backlog in interview scheduling,  production of work authorization, Naturalization cases and replacement green cards. Moreover, consular processing has also become much slower than usual.  The backlog and delay is likely attributed to Trump administration and the increase of cases currently being processed by DHS and its departments.  This office recommends filing cases as soon as practical to avoid further delays, as in the early 2000 era when cases were extremely slow (Sometimes 2-3 years).
